She is a seasoned executive with over 15 year plus in the dynamic realms of banking and insurance. Her journey has been all about groundbreaking leadership and proven results. She takes pride in turning challenges into triumphs.
Emmaculate’s forte lies in creating and managing successful insurance Brokers, Agencies and Bancassurance ventures. She is not just about meeting standards; but about setting new benchmarks with effective cross-selling strategies that consistently outperform industry norms. Andrew Murua
Strategy and Operations Manager
Andrew Murua is the Strategy and Operations Manager at VIVA 365 Insurance Brokers. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science and a Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
He has over 9 years of extensive experience in the insurance service industry, having worked with Britam General Insurance and Sidian Bancassurance.
Andrew has been at the forefront of coordinating and embedding frameworks that support excellent customer experience, strategy formulation and execution, enabling the company realize its growth and expansion objectives.Â
George Kaura
Finance Manager
George Kaura is an innovative, highly efficient and methodical Financial Manager with over 10 years of proven experience working in the East Africa region.
George is a change agent and a problem solver who works with passion.
He holds academic credentials from Catholic University of East Africa where he undertook a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance option.
Stephen Mwasaru
Underwriting and Claims Manager
He has over 9 years of experience in Risk assessment, Analysis and Claims Management within the insurance and banking sector having worked with First Assurance, UAP-Old Mutual, NIC Bank and NCBA bank.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management (Accounting option), a Diploma in insurance and is a Certified Public Accountant(CPA-K).
He drives his passion from clients satisfaction by providing solutions for their insurance needs.

Vivian Agura is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, with 8 years of experience in the broking sector. Currently, she holds the position of Business Development Manager, Corporate and SME.
